Great Spaces. Friendly Staff. There are a lot of great properties in Madison but not always great staff. The apartments are well maintained by courteous and friendly staff. Maintenance has always been quick to address any issue I’ve ever had. The property manager does little gestures to make you feel special like occasional bagels and coffee or catered dinners for all tenants. I found this especially nice moving across the country and not knowing anyone in the area. I’m on my second year here and suspect I’ll be here for a few more.
